Throughout the program, you have embarked on an enlightening and immersive experience, gaining insights into the day-to-day operations of our esteemed police department. From learning about law enforcement procedures to participating in practical exercises, you have developed a unique perspective on the vital role our officers play in keeping our community safe.

By actively engaging with law enforcement professionals, you have built bridges of trust, fostering a stronger bond between our police department and the community it serves. Your commitment to becoming informed citizens has empowered you to actively contribute to the safety and well-being of our neighborhoods.

The Community Action Team has released a statement regarding coffee with a cop on May the 4th 2023.

The 2023 Citizens Police Academy Alumni of Glendale Annual (CPAAG) golf tournament was a success. The weather was perfect, and the food was great. A special thanks goes to all the sponsors, volunteers and golfers who made this event possible. CPAAG was able to raise money to help the Glendale Police Department.

The Power of Giving Back: Members of the Citizens Police Academy Alumni Group (CPAAG) are always looking for ways to give back. Every year they organize a golf tournament aimed at both promoting goodwill between the community and law enforcement while also raising funds to benefit the Glendale Police Department.

This year will be no different, and you're invited!

On April 22, 2023, CPAAG is inviting golfers to its annual golf tournament at Palmbrook Country Club in Sun City, Arizona. Registration for the tournament is only $125—all of which goes to helping the Glendale Police Department.

So, if you're ever looking for a great way to give back and enjoy a fun day while you're at it, the CPAAG golf tournament is an ideal opportunity to give back in the most direct and impactful way possible. Your support of the tournament will help promote a better relationship between law enforcement and their community,
