Needed this! I broke my thumb in September and I’m still in a hard brace until the end of the month! I have not been in the gym at all after that really. Overall feeling discouraged! I am 195lbs as of this morning and yes that’s a normal weight for me.. however I have lost muscle mass and I’m not as lean as I would like to be! I am aiming for fat loss but would like to tone up again! So I’m starting fresh today!

I was not feeling motivated after I broke my thumb. Especially since I had just got back into a steady routine 2 weeks prior. This morning I decided to write out a new workout split, adjusting to no pushing/pulling and I’m going to stick with it. Even if that means a lot of lower body and core lol make a plan and do that s**t! ❤️

Good Morning! Just a few updated body shots! May kicked my entire ass! I reached over 200lbs again 😅🙈 After my birthday (4/20) I picked up horrible habits, became less active and comfortable. Since I’ve been on this journey, this is not the first time I’ve fallen short and it will not be the last! Give yourself some grace! I’m back down to 193lbs after taking time to get back into my routine! Hopefully this will motivate you to either get started today or START AGAIN!
Imagine yourself a year from now? Keep going! I’m always focused on my personal growth/goals and I’m constantly trying to achieve greater! Remember, small sacrifices, produces big results! Don’t cheat yourself! 🥰

I was already working out consistently at that point. I really wish I had more pics every-time I’ve lost weight to compare! I encourage you to take pictures! Also, measure! It’s so important! My next side by side I’ll post a full body pic, same weight but different measurements! Don’t worry about the scale! When you’re gaining muscle it can take a while to see results! A lady in my group finally reached her goal to be under 200lbs although she was losing inches steadily! Stay consistent and the results will come!
Monday is my favorite day of the week! I always wake up feeling great and prepared to tackle the week/meet new goals! So Welcome Monday, and let’s all use this day as a fresh start!!

🌸I really wish I had more pics! Postpartum to now!! I’ve lost baby weight 3 times and each time was harder than the last! I want to encourage anyone on this journey to be patient and stay consistent! It’s not easy but it will be worth it! Keep going! Almost at my high school weight! 🤯

I remember when I was heavier I would make excuses, sulk, and cry, because I told myself I wouldn’t go into another summer being unhappy! Not this year, make a choice and decide to take your life back. Commit to a lifestyle change for the next 4 months! Don’t wait until next year… START TODAY! ❤️
I know myself and the ladies in my group said not this year! 🤩🥳 it’s so great to have support on this Journey! What’s even more important is having the tools to do it even if the support is not there. There were plenty of days I went to the gym alone. There were many times I chose not to eat badly, although good food surrounded me. There were times where I was not motivated but I pushed myself anyway. All because I had a goal to reach, and I was so focus on me and my health! So if you feel like you don’t have support right now…that’s OK!!! everybody may not start out with you but once you get started…. they will be watching! 🤩
Wow! It’s already February 1st! I’m excited about this month! I don’t know about you but the first few months of the year I am met with anxiety. It’s weird! I settle in by April! Maybe it’s the winter but it’s hard adjusting in the beginning! That is why I embrace each month! If you’re just starting out give yourself some grace! We’re not perfect. Don’t wait for January 1st to roll around again. START TODAY! 🥳🎉🤩

Flashback to this day 1 gym selfie! I remember being so frustrated about gaining weight again after pregnancy! Back story I’ve lost over 80+ lbs THREE times! Suffering from severe hyperemesis gravidarum with my pregnancies I would be sick the entire time, gaining little to no weight! The weight gained happened AFTER pregnancy! My hormones, bad habits, lack of sleep, depression etc.. all played a role.
Today I want you to think about the future you, one year from now, and focus on what you’re becoming. Do not let anyone make you feel bad for making decisions to improve your life! Do you! ✨

My word going into the New Year is intentional, last year it was consistency and I made sure I followed that! I was focused all year! I plan to do the same in all my ventures this year! I’m not letting up.
