Parents, teachers, coaches, counselors are some of our young adults' greatest advocates. The pandemic has impacted us all in unimaginable ways causing some of our young people to lose sight of their potential. If you know of any out-of-school young adults who could use a dedicated mentor and career coach while refocusing to attain their HS Diploma or GED and/or looking to participate in a career exploration process to help them determine their path please reach out to me today.

Hi There Friends,
Know any young adults who would benefit greatly from connecting with a passionate career coach who could help them make informed, evidence-based decisions about their education, and career readiness and pathway, leading to self-sufficient employment?
Well…Come Check Us Out!
Public Agency at WMCAT is working on a project related to GED and workforce readiness programs for young adults. We're looking to talk to young adults ages 18-24 who may have not graduated high school, have completed or are in the process of completing a GED, and/or have not yet started a postsecondary program.
Conversations are primarily being conducted over Zoom, but they can also coordinate in-person meetings if that's easier. Participants do not need to prepare or bring anything other than themselves. In exchange for approximately 30-45 minutes of their time and expertise, they will receive a $25 Amazon gift card.
**First-come, first-served. All confirmed volunteers will receive an invitation with additional details.
