Every first Sunday of the month, join us for a sensory-friendly Mass at St John Paul II Parish in Cedar Springs. The next Mass is Sunday, January 7, 2024 at 2:00 PM.

This Mass is great for children and adults who have autism, Down syndrome, and other intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We encourage families and individuals to get up and move if needed, to bring alternative seating, fidgets or noise cancelling headphones, and to participate in the liturgy just as they are.
