๐ Father of all nations and ages, we recall the day when our country claimed its place among the family of nations; for what has been achieved, we give you thanks, for the work that still remains, we ask your help, and as you have called us from many people to be one nation,

๐ St. John XXIII: Prayer to St. Joseph for Fathers ๐
St. Joseph, guardian of Jesus and chaste husband of Mary, you passed your life in loving fulfillment of duty. You supported the holy family of Nazareth with the work of your hands.
Kindly protect all the fathers who trustingly come to you. You know their aspirations, their hardships, their hopes. They look to you because they know you will understand and protect them. You, too, knew trial, labor, and weariness.
But amid the worries of material life, your soul was full of deep peace and sang out in true joy through intimacy with Godโs Son entrusted to you and with Mary, his tender Mother.
Assure those you protect that they do not labor alone. Teach them to find Jesus near them and to watch over him faithfully as you have done. Amen.
"The spirit of humility is sweeter than honey, and those who nourish themselves with this honey produce sweet fruit." โ๏ธ Saint Anthony of Padua

"Without cost you have received; without cost you are to give." ๐ Matthew 10:8
"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the Kingdom of heaven." ๐ Matthew 5:3
"We look not to what is seen but to what is unseen; for what is seen is transitory, but what is unseen is eternal." ๐ Corinthians 4:18
"In the Heart of the Redeemer we adore God's love for humanity, His will for universal salvation, His infinite mercy.โ โ๏ธ Pope Benedict XVI
Join us for Cor Jesu (Heart of Jesus) TONIGHT, June 7, from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Basilica of St. Adalbert. Immerse yourself in the profound experience of Eucharistic adoration and the sacrament of penance. Everyone is welcome to join us for this special evening dedicated to intimate prayer and worship in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
Join us TOMORROW at the Basilica as we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus with Mass at 5:15 pm, followed by Cor Jesu beginning at 7:30 pm.
The Basilica of St. Adalbert extends its gratitude to those who organized and participated in last Sunday's Eucharistic Procession following Corpus Christi Mass in honor of the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ. We took our faith to the streets of the West Side, processing with the Blessed Sacrament from the Basilica to St. Mary's. We then returned to the Basilica for Benediction, upholding a long-standing tradition of the Catholic Church.
