As parents, we know it can be a hard job. When our youth are going through a difficult time or stage. Their struggles can easily consume your thoughts and behaviors as well...and we can easily forget how important it is to regulate our own emotions, provide structure and enjoy and laugh through the growing pains.
What if, some of the tools and skills you need to help your child (and you!) through a season of challenge is within your reach?
Start NOW is a 6 week trauma informed parent learning series intended to provide parents and caregivers of youth impacted by trauma a safe space to process their experiences, and develop tools to better understand and support their youth (and themselves)!!!
Comment 'Register' and we will send you a link to the registration form!
Our offices are closed today! We will open Tuesday!!

Did you know May is Mental Health Awareness Month?
Supportive families, communities, and resources can help youth build strong foundations for lifelong well-being.
*By teaching children and teens coping skills, we can empower them to take charge of their mental health.
*Know the signs of mental health issues in children and teens. Early diagnosis and treatment can save lives.
*Start the conversation early: talking about mental health can help children and teens build coping skills and feel comfortable with their emotions.
*Nurturing relationships and environments are important for helping children and teens develop good mental health and manage life stressors in healthy ways.
*Good mental health increases the ability of children and teens to practice self-care and face challenges with resilience.
