She got her bachelors in biology, has officially been a certified personal trainer for over six years, and has been personal training full time at O2 for over five years.
She's trained many different demographics, ie. from ages 15 to 82, men and women. Some of her clients have been athletes, some have never worked out a day before meeting her. Some can do whatever exercise she wants to try with them, most have limitations due to injuries or age or some imbalance they have from simply having bad posture or neglecting strength and mobility of specific areas.
Some of her clients have specific fitness goals, like running a marathon or being strong enough to be able to lift a bag into an airplaneβs overhead. Some donβt have any goals other than to just βnot gain weightβ or they βknow itβs good for themβ. A lot of them come to her because they have some kind of pain they want to work around or try to eliminate that is conflicting with their daily routine in some way.
She meets each client where they are fitness-wise, and from there, based on their goals, she progresses them safely to whatβs going to lead them to where they want to be. And in most cases she can help things that they never even thought of as needing help, but people donβt know what they donβt know! So itβs hearing what they want, and itβs also seeing what she knows they need that will help them, and blending it into a program to get them to their goals.
