First up, allow me to introduce you to Jennifer Stone!

✨ Who are you, who do you love, and how do you spend your days?

My name is Jennifer Stone and I am the co-owner of Pure Barre & Pure Barre! I adore teaching and serving others through the joys (and pains :)) of exercising. I have two dogs, a labradoodle & a cavalier, and I love to curl up on the couch with a good book and a mug of hot tea! I love to be outdoors—golfing, playing tennis, pickleball, running, etc. and spending time with my family who all live close by.

✨ What are you most looking forward to about participating in the retreat and what will you be sharing?

I am excited to be talking about taking RISKS in the first ever Power in Your Pause Retreat! You can expect a lot of energy and inside “self” work when I am on deck. I admire being vulnerable and allowing ourselves to unfold and am honored to have the opportunity to lead others to do so!

✨ What’s your favorite way to press pause?

My favorite way to press pause is to put the technology away and be with others; to connect on a deeper level through conversation that isn’t just our standard phrases of “how are you” and “how’s work going.” It is always so refreshing and invigorating to come back from time spent with others where you are truly present and getting beneath the surface. I also enjoy cooking as a means of finding power in the pause. Following directions, using senses and finding joy in a completed work allow me to take a step back and be present!
