Thank you Tina Rene, Courtney Rector, and Melendia Dawkins for you thoughtfulness and expression of appreciation on “Boss Day”.. I’m extremely blessed to have a team of compassionate, loving, selfless employees that understand and appreciate the hard work and dedication it takes to keep this ship sailing smoothly... being a “boss” comes with many hurdles and obstacles, but on Monday I indulged in my white chocolate covered strawberries, looked at my gifts and reflected on the messages and realized how much I am appreciated.. this journey is not about me.. it’s so much bigger ... God is allowing me to motivate, educate, encourage, and inspire. I’m not perfect and still have a lot to learn... but I’m super proud of how far we have come... “Blessed Boss” yes that’s me....
