I wanted to share with the members the Association’s letter of recommendation to the Commission staff regarding the implementation of the new BLET curriculum.

Wesley Bagley with Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office presented this morning on The Art of Coaching and this afternoon Jeffery Robinson, retired Dean/CCO Wake Tech is presenting on Building Bridges and Self Care.

*****UPDATE ****** Did I forget to mention that the room rates are only $89.00 a night for the conference. Bring your spouse and let them relax by the pool or out on the beach, while you attend training, then enjoy the evenings out enjoying beautiful Emerald Isle.

Great News, our Conference location has been set. It will be held at The Islander Inn at Emerald Isle. The dates are August 27-30. Members planning to attend the conference can begin reserving your rooms now and can use reservation code NCLAWC082724. We are working to finalize speakers and the agenda information will be forthcoming soon. Please plan to join us at the Conference.
