Wake Tech's Green Trek program is a green initiative designed to reduce our carbon footprint by encouraging participation in alternative forms of transportation. Public transit, carpools, vanpools, biking, walking—all are more energy efficient than single-occupancy vehicles.
We had a great time at our Rolling Through Fall bike event last Friday!

We had a great time this Saturday at our Litter Cleanup at the Scott Northern Wake Campus!
Thank you to the Great Raleigh Cleanup and all the individuals that came out to help make our community greener and healthier. We helped remove over 140 lbs of litter!
We are thrilled to be designated as a bronze level Bicycle Friendly University. We are one of a select few community colleges to have earned this distinction!

Please join Wake Tech Sustainability this Saturday, October 28th, from 9am-11am for a litter cleanup of the surrounding area by our Scott Northern Wake Campus. Wake Tech Sustainability will be partnering with the Great Raleigh Cleanup for a day of service, de-littering Louisburg Rd. Volunteers will meet in Parking Lot C. All supplies will be provided. We had a great time at Facts and Snacks earlier this week! Check us out and learn about the Green Trek program at Perry Health Sciences Center next Tuesday, September 19th from 11AM-1PM!
We had a great time hanging out with Talon and the entire Wake Tech community at all the resource fairs last month!!
