I would like to Thank all the wonderful people that I have met over the past 30 Plus years at GHFM,both Patients and Staff and leaving here is not easy for me but I know you can understand that I think I need sometime to just chill and not have the worries of the medical office on my plate all the time. I will continue at Belle Aimee Med Spa but probably not on a FT basis. ( I say that now) I have enjoyed my time here most of the time and I do wish all of you the best that life has to offer. I wont say goodbye, just so long for now.

June 7, 2022 is a BIG DAY FOR GHFMPC as we celebrate 30 years in business!
A BIG THANK YOU to all of you who have kept us on our feet through the pandemic, and before and after!

Just a little note to say we appreciate you, and that if you go to a walk-in for an appointment please don’t expect an appointment at GHFM the next day to see if we would have a different plan of care for you. Initial care should start with your P*P .

Greater Hampstead will be closing at noon today. Sorry for anyone inconvenienced however the staff that made it in today has to make it home as well! The state plows just recently showed up, and the office had at least 6 inches by 9am from an earlier plowing! It is coming down hard, fast and furious! This is nothing to our joy riding in. Stay home and get your bread and milk tomorrow & gas, I promise you it will all be there today. One more thing plz big trucks and plows have some patience not everyone feels comfortable driving 40 miles an hour! Plz back off, you’re making me nervous, OH, why am I out you ask? Because I’m an RN and need to get to work! I have a few names for you but I’ll keep them to myself!

Reality—- not all relatives made it to our homes today due to the weather, but as long as they did not risk their life to get to us, I for one, am ok with that. There is always another day and another week! Hope you had a special day anyway!

Well, we have some good news to share.
If you want your blood draw done at the office and you are Mediare, Tricare or Humana you can come in and have your blood drawn.
If you carry any other ins and would like us to draw your blood it would be a cost of $10.00 payable at time of service. you can still go where ever you want so the choice is yours. Since October no ins is paying our draw fees, and we were no pre-notified, just the claims paid zero. (that is how we found out)
All draws will take place after 8 am when the office is open.
So that is the good news for the day!

Covid boosters are not available anywhere at a Walgreens until you get into the upper regions of our state as of last night. If you don’t mind a ride , go to Walgreens. Com to make an appointment! Safe journeys!

NH DIVISION OF PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES IS advising that before the holidays hit, think about becoming Covid vaccinated to prevent your loved ones from dying of covid. It’s not till you see someone die from Covid do you realize the importance of this vaccine. JUST think about it

Just passing on that Colin Powell has passed away from complications of covid. He was fully vaccinated. He was father to 3 children, a grandfather, and a devoted husband He was a compassionate human being this country will truly miss! He served under several presidents.

We recommend going back to the regular masks. 🤣 😂

NEXT EXCUSE PLEASE….. if you could see how many patients get positive covid results and want the shot then and there at their positive test, you would not believe us! We were told that prior to mechanical ventilation PTs have asked ,”Can I have the covid shot?” Unfortunately, in both situations it’s too late!

I am here to let you know where you can quickly go to register and get an appointment really quickly. There are 2 websites that you can go to, so go to your internet and type 1 of the following:
VACCINE.NH.GOV---go to schedule Appointment, then register.
(You should have your date, time and place to receive your vaccine now!)
2nd address: NH.GOV --- See the yellow bar --COVID UPDATE
Check the blue box and sign up.
Need a COVID test, you can find that on there are well.

This will save you hours on the phone from calling 211, but that is always available

Attention: Medicare United Healthcare patients.
I have checked united healthcare’s Internal website, I found that Dr. Cammilleri is still listed with UnitedHealthcare. The practice is listed as Greater Hampstead Family Medicine or Dr. Thomas Cammilleri. Both are in network with United healthcare. Despite my calling for two weeks, sending emails to United healthcare, with no response, I found their internal website, and did indeed find the above that we are contracted with them. Thank you for sending your letters to us to help prove your case and ours. Those letters were erroneously sent out. If you should have any more questions Please do not hesitate to call our office at 329-5222.
