Many cancer survivors struggle with weight-related issues following cancer treatments. Join us for Weigh to Go: Managing Weight After Cancer Treatment, July 26 - September 20 | 10:00 - 11:30 a.m. In-Person at Wellness House
This 9-week educational and experiential series explores behavior change for healthy weight management. Learn simple tips to improve your diet and increase physical activity in a supportive group setting. This series is for cancer survivors who have completed treatment and are interested in understanding their readiness to change, interests, goals, and needs to create a personal "Lifestyle Change Plan."

On Wednesday, July 24 | 6:30 – 8:00 p.m., join Dr. Fadi Dahdaleh in-person at Wellness House to learn about the latest surgical approaches in managing colorectal and gastrointestinal cancers. Dr. Dahdaleh will discuss robotic assisted techniques as well as the short-term and long-term benefits of minimally-invasive robotic-assisted techniques.
A light meal will be provided at the program.
Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy (MCP) was designed by Memorial Sloane Kettering Cancer Center to help people with cancer create and sustain meaning in their lives.
This is an 8-week committed group starting Thursday, August 8 open to anyone who has had a cancer diagnosis or is tending emotionally and/or physically to a loved one with a cancer diagnosis. This is an online program.

This series is designed to allow you to assist you in building a legacy project by creating an audio recording of your lived experiences, challenges, and/or accomplishments. Join us for concurrent cancer and caregiver support groups. These sessions offer an opportunity for people with a cancer diagnosis and caregivers to connect with one another, as well as discuss information specific to the cancer journey, explore psychosocial components, and share and improve coping tools. These sessions are separate, but scheduled at the same time so that participants can arrive together and attend their respective groups.

This Survivorship Series will give you tips and tools to help you cope with your diagnosis and common side effects, build confidence and empower you to take charge of your health. Topics are geared to women diagnosed with breast cancer before age 45 and include early menopause, long-term effects of treatment, s*x and intimacy, and self-care after breast cancer. These programs will take place in-person at Wellness House and a light meal will be provided.
