We are holding our monthly block party tonight, Saturday 8/26, in our parking lot from 6pm-10pm. This month's event is special, as we are collaborating with our neighbors Hana Koa Brewing, F45 Training Ala Moana, and Alii Animal Hospital to host the Hana Koa Surf Pup Annual Adoption Event. The event will be in our parking lot with music, games, drinks, and food with the proceeds benefiting local dog rescues. Hana Koa is releasing its Surf Pup Gose Ale for a limited release (it's nice!). Alii will have dogs on site available for adoption! Music, Food, Drinks, Friends, Dogs, we have it all! As always, our block party is open to everyone so bring family and friends!

 
Note the parking lot will be closed for the party. There is street parking, parking at Patagonia, and at Whole Foods.

Congratulations to for overcoming her hamstring tear and graduating our A.I.M. program at The Forge! Hamstring injuries are painful and often frustrating. Our A.I.M. program eliminates the confusion and helps you overcome joint and muscle injuries so you get you back to your sport safely and effectively.

Congratulations to The Forge group goal winners from our grand opening : Susan Fukunaga Sheryl Legaspi Phil Camero & Val Cería ! They committed to their 1 week health goal and achieved it as a group taking a strong step forward.

Very honorable mention goes out to Tish Camero Keane Santos Fe Maria Vasquez who also completed their goals by the week.
