Todayโs 8am Lift class was our toughest yet!! As we end off the last week we are pushing these ladies to the limit to really test their strength gains ๐ช๐ฝ๐ They decided to show us how our workout made them feel at the end of it all ๐๐๐ฝ

4PM Burn Circuit with Coach Cori
Aloha ladies!! This Saturday at 8am we will have a Buti Yoga workout taught by Bernice (co-owner of The Mango Tree Fitness & Muay Thai / founder of Fit Faith Athletics) who is also doubling this as a fundraiser to help a fellow friend/member in need.
This fundraiser will go out to support one of our very own, Audrey Pasion, who is diagnosed with Stage 4 re**al cancer. She is a single mom to 2 beautiful girls and is always a friendly face at our gym. Due to not being able to work since starting her chemotherapy, we are asking for any donations to help her and her ohana cover the costs of medical bills.
Remember, this class is free for all of you in our program, but if youโd like to bring friends or family with you, please message us to reserve their spot. This workout will be available in person AND online via Zoom so they can also do it wherever they are! ๐๐ฝ
It will be a $20 drop in fee (you can either Venmo or PayPal ) and half of the proceeds will be our donation to Audrey and her ohana.

Workout:
3 rounds
1. Mountain climbers to Bicycles
2. Tabletop Shoulder taps
3. Squat + side step - 2 jumping jacks
4. Side plank - partner does lateral hops
5. Fast feet
Challenge of the week: 3 min plank hold (or as long as you can!)

Late post but good job to all of you doing our Burn Circuit class challenge of the week yesterday! We decided for Week 2 to do a burpee challenge (cause why not ๐คท๐ฝโโ๏ธ) and weโre so proud of you all for hitting double digits ๐๐ฝ๐๐ผ

You donโt want to miss out on this! Our workout with Taizha will also be online via Zoom so if you canโt make it in person (we hope you can!) you will still be able to join us from home ๐
*Although this is included with your program, we are allowing you to bring ONE person as a guest to join us in person for Saturdays workout.
