Here are some simple stretches and movements you can do right at your desk:

1. Chest Stretch
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart or remain seated in your chair.
- Move your arms behind you and, if possible, lace your fingers together.
- Straighten your arms and gently lift your hands up a few inches until you feel a stretch in your chest.
- Hold for 10 to 30 seconds and repeat 5-10 times

2. Leg Swings
- While seated, extend one leg straight out in front of you.
- Swing your leg gently back and forth, allowing your hip joint to move.
- Switch to the other leg and repeat.

3. Hip Bridges
- Sit at the edge of your chair with your feet flat on the floor.
- Place your hands on the sides of the chair for support.
- Lift your hips off the chair, squeezing your glutes.
- Lower back down and repeat.

Remember to take short breaks every 30 to 45 minutes to stand, stretch, and move. These exercises can help alleviate tension and improve circulation, making your workday more comfortable and productive!
