So excited this home closed for my client. This was weeks past original contract date and prior lender was not able to close. I took it over, got clear to close within 4 business days. I and got this done and closed from the day they handed me the file to recordig day was about 14 days including Memorial Day weekend. 🇺🇸 My poor clients just moved from the mainland and was living in a hotel waiting to see if this will close. Had a nice mommy son date with this handsome boy. Belated birthday at one of our favorite place to be. Last night of prime rib buffet Hawaii style. Ran into lots of great friends and just thoroughly enjoyed some quality time with my baby. I was honored to be able to assist a military client purchase a home here in Hawaii while she is based in Turkey awaiting her orders. My buyers bought that house with only $6,000 out of pocket. Saving 3% interest first year, 2% second year and 1% third year. Appraisal came back in one week and Lender was clear to close in 10 days.
