OK Friends! I don't have a YouTube Channel so I recorded a deconstructed yoga class for Instagram, and then I couldn't format it 🤦🏻♀️. I'm still new at this. Rather than let the videos go to waste I figured I'd still upload them here!
Create your own class by combining the sequence 🧘🏻♂️🧘🏻♀️. Go through the Sun Salutations and Warrior sequence 5-7 times with breath and hold the static poses for 7-9 deep breaths. Finish with a long shavasana, you've all earned it!

Apparently I'm in a pizza mood this week 😀...these zucchini pizzas are so easy and tasty! Another fun way to enjoy a pizza treat!
I'm probably the last person to finally make a cauliflower crust pizza but I'm so happy I did! What a delicious and healthy way to enjoy a traditionally unhealthy meal! I topped mine with green peppers and turkey pepperoni :)
What's your go to power breakfast? Mine is eggs with avocado! Today I mixed in some nitrate free ham and a whole wheat English muffin and almond butter, yum! Staying full and satisfied until lunch!
