Dahnia received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Children and Adolescents from Southern Methodist University. She enjoys serving clients who are minorities and first-generation Americans. She is enthusiastic about the opportunity to support the Houston community!

Burnout is REAL.
Many times, exposure to stressors can cause burnout, which may cause individuals to isolate themselves and engage in poor coping mechanisms. This can cause someone to feel exhausted both physically and emotionally.
