Embracing the New Year, even when it feels challenging, is an opportunity for mindful reflection.

Amidst anxiety and stress, let's shift our focus. Take a moment to appreciate the simple act of breathing; it's a source of gratitude. Close your eyes, let your body relax, and notice the energy flowing to your limbs. Acknowledge your thoughts without judgment—write them down, validate their importance without categorizing them as good or bad. Grant them the space to be true and significant to you.

1. Find a Quiet Space: Begin by choosing a calm and quiet environment where you can focus without distractions.

2. Sit Comfortably: Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. Close your eyes if it helps you to concentrate.

3. Focus on Breath: Take a few deep breaths. Pay attention to the sensation of each inhale and exhale. Let your breath be a grounding anchor.

4. Body Scan: Slowly shift your awareness through different parts of your body. Notice any tension, and consciously release it as you exhale.

5. Observe Thoughts: Allow thoughts to come and go without judgment. Observe them like clouds passing through the sky. Acknowledge them without getting attached.

6. Emotions Awareness: Recognize your emotions without trying to change them. Understand that they are natural and valid.

7. Gratitude Practice: Reflect on things you're grateful for. It could be as simple as the air you breathe, the warmth of sunlight, or the support of loved ones.

8. Non-Judgmental Awareness: Practice non-judgmental awareness of your thoughts and feelings. Accept them as they are, without assigning value.

9. Set an Intention: Consider what you want to focus on or cultivate in your life. Set a positive intention for the day or a specific aspect of your well-being.

10. Conclude Mindfully: When you're ready to finish, slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment. Notice your surroundings and carry the calmness with you into your day. 🌟

Letting Go...

To let go isn’t to forget, not to think about, or ignore.

It doesn’t leave feelings of anger, jealousy, or regret.

Letting go isn’t winning, and it isn’t losing. It’s not about pride, and it’s not about how you appear, and it’s not obsessing or dwelling on the past.

Letting go isn’t blocking memories or thinking sad thoughts, and doesn’t leave emptiness, hurt, or sadness. It’s not giving in or giving up.

Letting go isn’t about loss and it’s not defeat.

To let go is to cherish memories, and overcome and move on. It’s having an open mind and confidence in the future.

Letting go is accepting. It’s learning and experiencing and growing.

To let go is to be thankful for the experiences that made you laugh, made you cry, and made you grow. It’s about all that you have, all that you had, and all that you will soon again.

Letting go is having the courage to accept change, and the strength to keep moving.

Letting go is growing up. It’s realizing that the heart can sometimes be the most potent remedy.

To let go is to open a door, and to clear a path, and to set you free.

It’s Monday!!!! Once again, the day has come!

The beauty is, you’re here to live it, see it, breathe it, and know it! The day is yours to CREATE all on your own!

Sure, there are work, meetings, family, and responsibilities.

Even in that reality, it is YOUR beautiful day!

How to make the most of it:

Relax, observe your feelings and what is going on. Are there needs you have such as a need to stretch, exercise, eat well, drink more water, have fruit, connect with family and so on?

If so, as you are observing these needs, set your intentions in place to accomplish a few tasks that will answer your body’s call for those nourishing treats!

Often we are stretched thin after we do and do for others, but what happens when we do for ourselves first?

It doesn’t mean we lose focus on our responsibilities, to the contrary! When we do for ourselves we very naturally will have more energy to do MORE for others AND happily!

We feed our own soul with goodness and it helps the world go round! 🌍🌎

It’s Friday! Another week has passed! Another 5 days of work, scheduling, and hopefully SUCCESSES!

How are YOU doing emotionally?

Are you exhausted, scrambling to make time for yourself, and struggling to prioritize your hobbies, needs, and JOY? Joy is great after all, and it so happens that You are deserving of it! 💫🤗

How is your mind manifesting your reality right now?

Do you have the mindset for having a GREAT weekend?

Have you set a few intentions into play to do something you LOVE this Sat and Sun?

Try it!

Write down 2-3 FUN things you’d like to accomplish this weekend, and do them! The other stuff will all still be there when you finish… the house, work, family, chores etc., and if you do these intentional things for yourself, so will YOU, be there! Happy and PRESENT!

You will have more energy!
You will feel more motivation, joy, and encouragement.

Make it a goal to create time for YOU! 🤗.
