Summer has been in full swing! I’m not a fan of the hot, hot, hot weather, but I love the longer days. Lately, my days have been full of being a therapist & hanging with other therapists. I am so grateful for the community connections I have. Whether it's having a craft night, watching Inside Out 2, going to , , or , having a therapist tune-up(thanks ), sharing space (thanks ), or sending a word of encouragement, I'm here for it.

Playing I-spy is a great way to be mindful & pull yourself into the moment. We've had a lot of construction around the office lately, but it hasn't stopped the wildlife. So when I'm frustrated with the construction noise or the traffic reroutes, I take a moment to pay attention to the little creatures & see how many I can see at once. Enjoy this little I-spy; each photo has more than one critter. ✨

I've been taking photos of the Fiddle Leaf Fig for two years now. It has certainly grown. It's not the only thing that has grown over two years. I have as a human, counselor, & business owner. My practice has grown as well. 🪴
I am deeply honored to walk alongside so many wonderful human beings, whether they are fellow mental health providers or clients. Holding space for another human is truly a privilege that I do not take for granted. ✨
