What an awesome CrossFit competition day it was today! Our Athlete’s Arena community had several new PRs, we met new athletes and saw some that we have missed seeing in the gym. Thank you Irmo baseball for coming out and cooking a delicious breakfast and lunch to raise funds for our local, young athletes, Phoenix Physical Therapy for working on the athletes in between events, and Born Primitive for those needing to add a few athletic items to their closet. To our volunteers and judges - there are no words to express our gratitude for your love and support for Athlete’s Arena. Thank you for always willing to give selflessly to any event we host. We truly have the best

The Irmo HS Baseball team already has their grill on site in preparation for the Arena Assault CrossFit competition tomorrow. Their fundraiser menu is packed full of what looks to be a tasty breakfast and lunch for the competing athletes, their family, friends and supporters of Irmo High School Baseball. If you are not competing or coming to watch the event tomorrow, please stop by Athlete's Arena and enjoy breakfast or lunch (or make a donation) to support our local high school athletes.

The Irmo High School baseball team will be selling food and drinks to raise money for the team. Please stop by and make a food and drink purchase or a donation and support these young athletes! 10% of all sales of Athlete’s Arena apparel will be donated to the Irmo High School baseball team. Yes, everyone needs a tri-blend Athlete’s Arena t-shirt. So, if you don’t own one or if you love them as much as we do make a purchase and support the Irmo High School baseball team.
