It's never too late to start!
Knowledge is power! Knowing the warning signs of a heart attack can save your life, or the life of a loved one. Not everyone experiences severe chest pain, or pain in their left arm.. and heart attack symptoms in women can be different than men.

Stress affects more than just your mood - left unchecked, long-term stress causes an increase in heart rate and blood pressure. Find time every day to do something you enjoy to help knock out stress.
We're already halfway through February.. how is your fitness journey going?
Your heart loves to be moving! If you've maintained a good exercise regimen for a while, then you're on the right track. If not, work your way up to 15-20 minutes of moderate aerobic activity every day.
Every journey has its fair share of ups and downs, successes and failures. Keep going forward, one day at a time.

If you've been reliably hitting your daily move goal on your fitness tracker, CONGRATULATIONS! Consider increasing your movement goal 5-10% for the next couple months.
Don't beat yourself up if your New Years Resolution is taking a little bit longer to get off the ground: the important thing is to get started.
