If you are interested in starting the year strong, join one of my tailored health and fitness challenges. There are two ways to participate; the first option is the “Dip Your Toe In” Challenge, where every day you will accomplish something health and fitness related. For example, drink 8 glasses of water today, or stretch for 10 minutes. The second option is the “30 Days to Healthy Living”Challenge, which starts on either 1/8 or 1/22. This challenge helps you tune into the messages that your body is sending you so that you eat and drink more intuitively for a more sustainable healthy lifestyle. Thank you everyone for your amazing donations. We collected 11 bags of women’s clothing and delivered them to Mary’s Place in Seattle which has helped thousands of women and families move out of homelessness into more stable situations. I am so grateful that we have the opportunity to come together and support our community this holiday season!

This event promises a dazzling blend of beautiful bling by Swarovski Touchstone Crystal, holiday cheer, and a chance to refresh your wardrobe sustainably. Please bring gently used clothing and accessories and exchange them for something new to you. It's a fantastic way to embrace the spirit of giving and reduce fashion and overall waste. What makes this gathering even more special is our commitment to making a difference in the community.
All leftover clothing and donations items will be given to the Issaquah Clothing Bank and the Sacred Heart Shelter. Your generosity will help those in need, spreading warmth and kindness during the holiday season.
