Please welcome Natalie Crozier to our Advanced Chiropractic family!

Natalie began her profession in the fitness industry over 14 years ago. She has had the privilege of working with many clients at different levels of fitness (from professional athletes to green berets, teen athletes to geriatrics, and everything in between).

The body is an amazing machine that has the ability to build, maintain, and rejuvenate (providing you give it what it needs, inside and out, to do so). That being said, 80% of fitness is what you put into your body. No one fits in a box, so your training and nutritional needs should never be a cookie cutter program. Natalie embraces holistic views on eating to sustain, build and detoxify the body as she trains any client.

Natalie will be heading our spinal rehabilitation program as well as offering personal training services.

We cannot believe it has been 10 years since we opened our dream location, a 2200 sq ft fully integrated wellness center in the heart of Acadiana!

We have come a long way since our small 800 sq ft office in the back of the Snap Fitness Center on W. Congress. Many of you were with us since the very beginning, and we are so grateful that you stuck by us all of these years!
