My mother was a very strict person to put it nicely, for most of my childhood I was traumatized at home, also mock and teased at school every day on my appearance and my pastor. As we gets older👨‍🦳👩‍🦳, we should concentrate on direct core exercises In order to keep from having Back, Hip, and Knee pain and I am not talking about doing a bunch of Crunches or Sit UPS Especially sit ups, which was proven to cause back problems. Want to turn the clock back⏳ on your spine hips and knees, Do some dragonflies!🐲

The most important part of the workout isn’t the workout—it’s after. That’s when muscles grow, when you get stronger, when mitochondria replicate, when glycogen regenerates, when depleted cells rehydrate. It’s where the actual benefits of physical training occur. The workout is the stimulus, and the time after your workout is where your body adapts to the training. Your recovery methods make or break your training.🤸

There are a lot of people that may have experienced serious illness/ lockdown, or maybe had some sort of accident that kept them at home and from that gain a lot of weight.

Most people try to lose weight thinking that losing weight will make them healthy, and it doesn't.

However, if most people knew about putting nutrients back in the body which would trigger better health and automatically cause weight loss.
Then most people should take these nutrients every single day as a healthy lifestyle.

For most people all it takes to lose weight is to temporarily drop grains and drink a simple liquid that's high in nutrients.

Good afternoon! Coach Kirk here, its a kickass Friday! I had my bulletproof coffee, throw several reps of air kicks🦵 for a great cardio workout to keep my weight, and nervous system fresh just like it was when I was in my 20s, This is the way I turn back the clock⏳ on father time!

Ball balance push up! Coach Kirk here, I had Back problems after I've have gotten into a motorcycle🏍 accident. I used to go to the chiropractor 5 days a week, and chew Ibuprofen like it was candy for my bulging disc in my lower lumbar, which was a temporary relief, along with all types of pain relievers that had bad side effects on my gut health. I also did basic weight🏋🏾‍♂️ training for my back like, back extensions, dead lifts, leg curls, dumbbell side bends, AB crunches which none of these exercises helped, in fact It made my back pain worse. My pain relief and bulging disc repair came from taking lots of Trace Minerals, and doing Callisthenic Core & Fulcrum exercises. When I started taking high amounts of Trace minerals, It started feeling in the bulging disc with hailing nutrients to my lower lumbar, if it wasn't Trace minerals, and Callisthenic Core & Fulcrum exercises I probably would have gone to a doctor👨‍⚕️ and get my back operation on by a standard Orthopaedic surgeon, and walk around like Frankenstein for the rest of my life. I thank God that I've Come across this information that I now relay to my client's. For me, it's all about core health, I realized that a strong and healthy core means a Vibrant🤸🏾‍♂️ Happier👨🏾‍🦲 me!

Good Afternoon,⛅ coach Kirk here.
It's true that our great-grandparents and grandparents👵🏽👴🏽 we're far more active than ourselves, and they ate real food back then that would be considered organic now, however there were still issues of wear and tear on the bones and joints back then, that we call it in our modern times rheumatoid arthritis or osteoarthritis. These days we know have the knowledge as to how much activity🏋🏽‍♀️ and for how long⏳ activity should be applied to our bodies, we also know what types of food🌭 to avoid. These days it's common for people to seek a doctor's👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ advice on what exercise and what nutrition they should have to be healthy, but most people do not realize that doctors do not work on health matters or nutrition matters. Physicians operate in a world of pathology that is so far to the left on the bell curve of Health, most people do not realize or understand that creating good health is not the Wheelhouse of our standard Physicians. On the other hand most people believe that when they go to a gym and workout their Health and Wellness automatically get better, this is not necessarily true. These days we can turn to a Health Wellness Fitness coaches on how to get truly Healthy biologically and physically🧗‍♀️. What is the definition of Health?😕 Health is a physiological state, in which it's an absence of disease and pathology, and that maintains the necessary biological balance between catabolic and anabolic states.😲 The way we keep a balance between these two states, is mostly with 97 to 105 different nutrients and the body's ability to absorb them, which in turn Keeps Us disease-free!🙌 Exercise will elevate your Fitness to help us move freely without obstruction, on the other hand some types of exercise like jogging and long distance running🏃🏼‍♀️ may cause Heart, 🦴Bone & Joint problems. It's document that 60% of athlete's Runners are injured in an average year, and this is the average with athletes, it's even worse with the Average Joe or Jane.😲 In any case, it's a certain type of nutrients🍣 we put in our bodies and that type of movement🧗🏋️‍♀️⛹️‍♀️ and duration of movement that will make us Truly Healthy.😌 Coach Kirk

Good afternoon 🏜 It's a fresh week, Coach Kirk here. After the holidays, and new year's celebrations, most people are looking to lose the 5 or 10 lb that they've gained and also setting some, and yes, there are those times when we start to lose our minds from being lockdown and confined. Here are some Healthy Lifestyle Habits that will get you well on your way, practice and replace bad habits with these good habits. When I stress out, I eat ice cream, bad habit. When I replace my bad habit with a good habit, I replace that ice cream with a icy cold peanut butter banana protein shake smoothie. When I'm watching a football game or basketball game, I used to have a beer, bad habit. Good habit, now I have Kombucha tea, which tastes like a beer. And oooooh yes, Kombucha tea will also give you a nice little buzz🥴. Also start doing healthy rituals when you first get up in the morning, like: drinking 16 oz. water apple cider vinegar elixir, 30 minutes later have a nice cup of Bulletproof Coffee, Uncured Bacon & free-range eggs, take my daily supplements of 90 essential, do 15 minute breathing meditation, and every other morning go for a 20 to 30 minute walking & sun🌞 gazing, and then have a late morning drink green tea, for lunch bone broth stews or soups, late afternoon apple cider vinegar drink, for dinner 5 cups of vegetables with a fatty protein then I take my 90 essential Nutrient supplementation, 1 hour before bed wear blue blocker glasses and drink chamomile tea, I also do deep tissue massage on my neck, back and adrenal glands to get rid of any stress or anxiety just before climbing into bed for deep Fat Burning Delta sleep. These good habits and rituals will do more then keep you trim, it will keep your Mind Sharp, Stave off most Diseases, and keep you young & happy!!🤸🏽‍♀️😊

Whenever I visit any big box gym, I found that most people, and even the ones that are in their 20s do not have core strength or health, yes they look good, however they may not have a strong enough core to keep them from having a Back, Knees or Shoulder injury. In my 41 years experience in Health & Fitness, I found that having healthy Organs and inner core Strength is most important, and it's how you Feel to your Core!🏋️‍♀️
