So I heard alot of Hype about ALANI energy drinks and had to try it out
I'm not a fan. It has a High Sodium (170mg) content and tho theirs no sugar added, the artificial sugar taste is a no go. Way too sweet.
The Caffeine Contemt is 200mg so that's why I was excited but I'm sticking with my Celcius energy Drinks.

Making Progress slowly 🐌.
Last week I forgot my workout shoes and had my street flats on. It was difficult but I definitely made it happen!
