We've finally been allowed to open! Our private personal training center will be open tomorrow! We are so excited. Please message us directly here or email us, whatever works for best for you, if you have any questions.

We've always specialized in one on one training and small groups. We'll continue sanitizing everything in between clients as we've been doing since February. We'll take every precaution to make sure our clients stay safe.

We are going to start off with our one on one training tomorrow and then phase in our small group classes on Monday to make sure we can maintain social distancing and give you the same great quality of service.

Spent this Sunday, my birthday morning, cleaning the gym with this super disinfectant the medical industry uses to sanitize their equipment, facilities, tables, etc. It's nice to have doctors, dentists and nurses as clients to guide us on how to keep a facility sterile. We still kick their butts though!!!
