Dr. Andrea Barrett, DPT, is the Co-Founder and President of Neon City Unity Foundation and a distinguished leader in healthcare consultancy and community advocacy. As the Founder of Barrett Health Care Consulting (BHCC), she has made significant strides in improving healthcare systems. Originally from Philadelphia, Andrea's career took a pivotal turn when she moved to Las Vegas for her final grad school internship. Immersing herself in the home health industry through home visits, she gained invaluable insights into the challenges faced by aging individuals in America. Confronted with a lack of resources, insurance difficulties, and systemic inefficiencies, Andrea was driven to take decisive action to make a difference.

We are thrilled to introduce Jennifer Rodriguez as our Treasurer! A proud native of Las Vegas, Jenn has dedicated her career to providing community-based nursing care to adults throughout our city. With her fluency in Spanish, Jennifer has been a vital bridge to our Spanish-speaking residents, ensuring they receive the care and support they need.
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Magna Cum Laude, from Nevada State College. From enduring a challenging childhood and 11 1/2 years in foster care to becoming a beacon of hope and change, PJ has transformed adversity into advocacy.
As a survivor, minister, ordained chaplain, nutritionist, and certified mentor, PJ has dedicated her life to empowering others. Her role at Agape Wholeness Homes will focus on preventing homelessness among parents and young adults aging out of foster care by providing crucial coaching, resources, and innovative programs for successful adult transitions.
PJ’s award-winning speaking engagements and best-selling publications have already touched many lives. With her leadership, we aim to redefine transitional homes through life logic and vocational community integration programs. Join us in welcoming PJ, a joyful overcomer whose life proves that every journey, no matter how difficult, is intended for greatness.

With 15 years of experience in senior care, Stacey's methods integrate her deep-seated passion for dementia care with the healing power of music. A certified End of Life Doula, she offers significant support and education, significantly enhancing our community's healthcare framework.
Residing in Henderson, NV, with her husband, an Iraqi war veteran of the USAF, Stacey’s personal connection to veteran affairs enriches her commitment. She will also be actively involved in supporting our veteran projects, a cause close to our hearts with many board members having veteran family members.
