We are hosting pop-up food distributions supplied by The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) at several locations. All distributions are walk-up and drive-thru.

The team at Spring Valley Hospital enjoyed a week of fun games and incorporated a fundraiser benefiting the food bank. A big thank you to everyone who helped raise the equivalent of 3,000 meals for the community!

Meet our new Employee of the Month, Vera! She’s one of our Donor Relations Specialists. Her expertise is creating acknowledgment letters that are sent to our donors.

“I love seeing the messages from our donors talking about the impact we make…truly feeling the partnership that happens between us and our donors to help end hunger in our community,” Vera shared.

When asked what she loves most about working at the food bank, she said, “...the feeling of the genuine love that flows through our organization. That love, in turn, radiates outward in the work we do and is shared with our neighbors.”
