Meet Betty. She is about 3 and has been in rescue since January! She had 9 pups who have all been adopted. Betty is doggie door trained and has had zero accidents at her foster home. She loves treats and lounging around on the sofa. Her ears are like velvet. If you dreamed of having a mastiff but worry about the size then Betty is perfect for you. If you google Mastiff puppy her doppelgänger pops up. Betty enjoys long walks and snuggles!

My name is Moose and I respond to my name most of the time. I'm a little over 3 mo old. I'm a Cattle dog mix.

While in my foster home for a week I've had very few accidents in the home or will use a p*e pad or carpet if absolutely last resort. As long as I'm taken out frequently I will go potty outside, wait by the door or let you know. I even sit by the back door patiently waiting for you to open it. I've also tried out the dog door.

I love all the adults in my foster home equally and I'm very sweet craving attention and snuggles, except I'm a puppy with very sharp teeth and nails. I like to jump and nip for attention. I may be best in a home with children 12 and older.

I love love all my toys. I like to play tug of war and fetch. I'm very strong. I equally play hard with the adult doberman in the house. No small pets are recommended and I would do well by my self or keep learning the ropes from a large patient dog who has my energy and style of play.

I cant wait for you to keep training me since I'm a fast learner.

I have a healthy appetite and gut too.

I also am crate trained at night with a blanket over my crate sleeping soundly but I need p*e breaks no more than 4hrs. I could use daytime crate training and learning how to alleviate my separation anxiety.

Mariposa is about 1 yrs old and weighs about 30 lbs. She is an Australian Shepherd mix. She was a stray that was being fed by neighbors when the owners moved and left her behind. She is very good with dogs and has a puppy personality. She will need some structure but is very smart and eager to learn. She does jump for attention so little ones will be knocked over. She would do best with kids over 8 year old. She has lot of puppy behavior if bored so will need to be crated when you are gone from the home.

Argo/Bud is a spunky 12/14-year-old Jack Russel Terrier. He is very lovable, crate and house trained and adorable. He just wants to sit in your lap and be loved on. Due to a slightly deformed back left leg, you don’t need to take him on walks. He is a good boy who would do well in a home without another dog. Not sure about cats.

Come meet Cookie, 6 year 9 month old female terrier. Housebroke. Good with other male dogs. Loves her walks, she will follow you around and stare at you if you forget her walk. Cookie hears only some sounds. Very sweet, always near her foster person. She takes medication for urinary incontinence, the medication works so she has no leaking problems. Monthly meds are super inexpensive.

Bubbles aka Lillie is about 5 yrs old. She is a mix of Lab and Cattledog. She was adopted out at 5 months old and is being returned due the family moving out of the country. She is good with other male dogs and respectable children over 5 yrs old. She is housebroken and crate trained (loves her crate) in her home.

We were not given a lot of notice that she was coming back, so she would love a foster home to go to until she finds a new family.

Aimee is a 7 mo old Lab mix. She entered a shelter in May at a young age of 4 months. Three months later, she was put on the dreaded kill list for space. We were asked to save her life and pull her. She would love a foster home where she can be a puppy instead of in concrete in a cage.

Fillmore is about 1 yrs old and is a Cattledog mix. He was surrendered to a shelter by his owner due to moving. His family got him as a puppy and he grew up with children ages 2 yrs and up. He is reported to be good with other dogs and entertains himself with toys. He is reported to be housebroken in his home. He knows some commands and is very smart to learn more

Meet Moose. He is about 3 months old and currently weighs about 15 lbs. He is a mix of Cattledog and Bully. He came into the shelter with a sibling under 8 weeks old and was sent to a foster home. Once he was old enough to be adopted, he was returned to the shelter. Even puppies are having a hard time getting adopted, so he timed out at the shelter so we were asked to rescue him.
He is extremely social and friendly. He is good with other dogs. He does like to jump for attention so would do best with kids over 5 yrs old that would be able to handle his energy.

Puppies require patience and training. They need to be housetrained, learn soft bite, not jump up and what to chew on and what not to. The amount of time you put it, molds the puppies behavior at full growth.
