Make sure to prioritize protein, especially first thing in the morning. Getting in 30 grams when you get up is a great way to start the day. Make sure your protein isn’t adding to sugar content or unwanted calories. Buy something with little to no sugar and no extra fluff. Just stick to the basics. Have a great day!
