It won’t happen in 1 month, it might not happen in 2,3, or 4 months. But staying consistent is the name of the game, you will get to where you want to be.

I used to HATE breakfast. I never knew what I wanted to eat, I was never hungry first thing in the morning, breakfast foods were boring and took up too much time!
Now I thrive off of breakfast and my energy levels have SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED!
Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring, or the same thing every day! Don’t be afraid to change it up or try something different!

2 eggs over rice cakes, laughing cow cheese, salt, pep, & everything but the bagel…chefs kiss.
-Breakfast dessert is Oikos Pro yogurt with Lily’s Chocolate chips because breakfast dessert is indeed the most important meal of the day (you can’t change my mind) 🤪
