TIP TUESDAY
When you are start a fitness and health life style or if you are already in it, DONT IDOLIZE. Don't look at fitness influencers, bodybuilders, or power lifters. Stop saying I want to look like them or be as strong as them because you start chasing a goal that is unattainable for most people. Instead use them for motivation to be the best looking, strongest, and healthiest version of you. ITS YOU VS YOU!
MOTIVATION MONDAY
Everyone says follow your passion but I challenge you to take it a step further. Don't just follow it, CHASE it. Set goals and smash them, be obsessed with being the best you you can possibly be, reaching new levels and striving for GREATNESS!
Working out isn't just about physical health. When you work out your brain releases Endorphins and Serotonin making you feel happier. If you make it a habit of working out daily or working out when you are stressed your brain becomes regulated to feel happier even if you aren't being active. So if you are feeling stressed or down, go for a quick run or lift !
WORKOUT WEDNESDAY
Yesterday was a Leg day broken down into 2 Quad movements 2 Hamstring movements and 2 Calf movements
Raised Cannon Ball Squats for the outer and middle Quad 3x5 warmup 2x12 Top sets 2xamrap Drop sets
Romanian Deadlifts for the outer Hamstring 3x5 warmup 2x12 Top sets 2xamrap Drop sets
Weighted Raised Calf Raises 4x15
Quad Extensions toes pointed slightly out and squeezing at the top for inner Quads 4x15
Hamstring Curls for the inner Hamstring 4x15
Single Leg Calf Raises 3x15 Each side
TIP TUESDAY
If your hitting a plateau in the gym strength wise ADD MORE WEIGHT. Training hypertrophy and can only move 100lbs for 12, add 10 pounds and do 8!
When training it is better to increase the weight and decrease the Reps because maybe next week you add a rep and then the week after. Never be afraid of stepping into uncomfortable territory.
MONDAY MOTIVATION
