When documenting AT in the IEP, clearly communicate services and intended outcomes for the student. Here are a few places you can add AT documentation.

- Annual Goals and Objectives: Describe targets for learning how to use AT and/or using AT to increase performance within the context of special education and related services.

- Supplementary Aids and Services: Include AT/AT Services when needed to foster access to the general curriculum, participation in school activities, and engagement in extracurricular activities.

- Supports for School Personnel: Identify training and supports to allow school personnel to effectively support students' AT use and implement AT services
