Hey Long Beach Cloggers - we are ready to deliver our first basket of chocolate candy to the LB Senior High School teachers! Y’all really “stepped up” with your donations. (I’ve got more candy, but the basket is full.)

I’m hoping to deliver all this next week once they’re back from Fall Break.

Just a reminder - Join the Long Beach Cloggers for Adult Clogging & Aerobic Tap Dance classes at the Long Beach Activity & Senior Center, 20257 Daugherty Road.
Classes are FREE for active adults only. We’ve only had 6 classes so far and we go over beginner steps each class.
Come check it out!
You don’t need tap shoes to start. Wear flat sole shoes (like Keds or Vans).

6:30 - 7:30 pm

Long Beach clogging class is back on for tonight (July 11). Be careful driving if it’s storming outside!!

Due to this stormy weather, I am cancelling clogging class tonight (June 20). I’ve already contacted everyone by phone or text who has attended so far, but I wanted to make sure the notice goes out.

Beginner Clogging / tap dance starts Tuesday, June 6 from 6:30-7:30 pm at the Long Beach Activity & Senior Center.
Doors will be open by 6:15 because they are playing pickle ball in the gym.
Our class is in the large function room where the stage is located.

If this is your first time in the Activity Center, enter through the main entrance doors and walk straight ahead through the lobby. The room is on your left.

Hey Long Beach Cloggers - I need to update sources for adult tap shoes.
I believe several of you bought them on Amazon.
Please let me know:
(1) the brand,
(2) lace up or slip on,
(3) if they ran true to size, and
(4) if you liked them.

I am restarting my clogging class on Tuesday, June 6. Beginners please try to attend this first class. We will go over basic clogging steps.

I can’t believe I’m posting this again.
But I am going to have to DELAY RESTARTING MY CLOGGING class due to health reasons of a family member.
The class was due to resume on April 4, 2023, but it is NOW CANCELLED.
I am so sorry, as I was really looking forward to seeing everyone.

Clogging class is cancelled on July 5th.

Dust off your tap shoes (if you have some) and go find your sports bra! Class is tonight (Tues.) 6:30 - 7:30 pm. This is a beginner class for adults, and we’ve only had one class so far. Don’t be late!

I am sorry to relay the sad news of the passing of Grace Rauch. She was a faithful attendee at the Long Beach Cloggers / tap class from the very first class. Such a sweet, kind soul. We will miss her❣️
