Good Morning, Bruins! Flu shots are happening now in Bruin Plaza right next to the Bruin Bear (9am-4pm). No appointment is necessary. For UCSHIP students, flu shots are completely covered. For Non-SHIP students, flu shots are $25, billed directly to the Bruin Bill. Future dates are listed on the UCLA Community calendar and our UCLA Arthur Ashe Student Health & Wellness Center website.

Our Story
The Student Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) works with the Ashe Student Health Center and CAPS leadership, as well as the UC-wide board that oversees the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP). There are four undergraduate and four graduate student representatives to advocate on your behalf.
If you have any concerns about SHIP or your ability to access the insurance resources you need, please email us: [email protected]. These emails are monitored by the eight SHAC student representatives, so please do not include any personal health information.
Our meetings are open to all students. Email us if you'd like to know when our meetings take place. You can attend in person, or send issues to our email that we will bring up at the meeting.
