We exist to empower hope in the lives of people in the Heart of Lubbock Neighborhood.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances with the City of Lubbock, we are having to cancel our June 23rd Party in the Park celebration. We will keep you all updated for July! We apologize for any inconvenience!

Our Common Table meal and Hope Clothes clothing closet are foundational to the work we do here at Hope Community.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help provide and serve our Common Table meal for 2024.
We are also looking for donations for our Hope Clothes closet including blankets, new men and women’s underwear, men’s jeans and winter coats.

We had 135 people come through our Hope Clothes closet last Sunday and totally cleaned out our blanket and sleeping bag supply! With next week bringing our coldest temps of the year so far we need help restocking our shelves! If you have any old blankets or sleeping bags we would love to put them to good use! You can drop off donations tomorrow Thursday 9am-4pm or Sunday from 2pm-4pm at 2005 Ave. T. Thanks so much!

Our Common Table meal is a time of service, fellowship and connection! We’re currently looking for churches, small groups, businesses or any other organizations that would like to volunteer to serve at our Common Table meal on Sunday nights from 5 to 6 PM. Party in the Park is back for our last hoorah of the season! 🥳
We will have vendors including & , free food, games and live performances by the students of ! We’re ending the summer season with a bang. This is an event you won’t want to miss! Grab your friends and family and come hang out with us this Sunday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.

Our second to last Party in the Park is happening THIS Sunday, August 27th from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at Stumpy Hamilton Park. Start off the semester right with free food, live music, fun and fellowship! We’ll have some incredible vendors including offering FREE microchips along with our friends dishing up some sweet treats to beat the heat. You’re not going to want to miss this!
We are so thankful for this group of volunteers from .life, Highland Baptist Church and New Testament Baptist that run our Hope Clothes Closet every Sunday evening !!

With the help of the Neighborhood Grant we will be able to keep showing up, providing weekly meals, clothing, and support to those in and around the Heart of Lubbock. We’re honored to be nominated and receive this Neighborhood grant with thankful hearts!
Party in the Park is a monthly block party put on by the community for the community. We will have free food, live music and games along with food trucks and vendors including and !
