The following are some expectations of a manager within our company:
3+ Years of Property Manager Experience
Tenant retention and relations
Supervising a staff
Budgeting
Marketing
Attention to detail in make ready completion
Understanding of expense control and cash flow
Knowledgeable of a lease contract and associated laws
Ability to screen applications and build a creditable tenant profile
Comfortable with computers/applications and learning new software
Daily reports and duties assigned by owner and/or supervisor
