What can I say, but this is why I defend my expertise aggressively! This is what happens when you follow my meal plans to their exact specifications! When people start altering or guessing their meal sizes is when their results won't be extensive as this! π And who do they try to blame? Not themselves, lol!
So this is why I get so excited π when I get a legit client that wants the results bad, is willing to be dedicated and consistent with my program! The only supplements JT is taking is Herbalife Rebuild Strength Protein Shake. Oh BTW he's Diabetic and has not had to take any INSULIN shots being on my program either. We will do an interview soon! π πͺ π β¨οΈ
Here is the latest update from JT, my nutrition client! He has been on my meal plans and macros since June 26th and has reach his goal of losing 21 lbs. in weight (original goal was 20)! JT has lost - 1.3% of body fat, - 7.7 lbs. of fat and - 16 inches of his body in 2 months!
Next goals are is to build more lean muscle mass πͺ and continue to burn π₯ the fat! JT has now signed up for my workouts on my app this round. Super excited to see what results we can create since he's dedicated to following my meal plans the way they are!

She has been my client off and on, but couldn't stay consistent because she has so much going on. Business, grandkids, community events and etc. So this last July when she started back I decided that I was going to go to her instead so she could not get distracted from her training days.
In this year, CG has lost - 6 lbs in weight, - 16.3% of body fat, - 32.9 lbs of FAT, - 15 inches off her body, and gained + 32.9 lbs of LEAN MUSCLE MASS! πͺ
I would like to give a shout out to one of my long-term clients, BI! BI has been with me for a couple years, but only did the workouts and never really took the nutrition seriously. π
FINALLY about a month ago, BI has a changes in his life and decided to take the WHOLE program seriously on my app. In ONE MONTH, he last - 11.5 lbs in weight, - 3.3% body fat, -11.8 lbs. of body fat!
In the whole time (2 years) he's been with me he's lost -18 lbs in weight, - 6% body fat, - 20 lbs. of body fat, and gained + 4.6 lbs. of lean muscle mass! πͺ
As you can see, diet is the MOST important part of the equation. He lost in ONE MONTH following the whole program religiously that took almost 2 years because he wasn't following his meal plans, calories and macros.
Sometimes a good habit takes time to create β¨οΈ but once you keep consistent with all 3 aspects of diet and fitness the RESULTS will happen! πͺ

I want to give a round of applause to my posing client, Liana Hernandez! She got 5th place first time in Nationals at in Pittsburgh! We landed a PERFECT π₯° SCORE in posing routine and solo by the NPC committee President! π―πͺπ
First time I have been picked to choreograph BOTH the posing routine and solo presentation for NPC Nationals and with Liana's dedication to consistently showing up to practice her posing for 18 weeks we locked down some hardware and rave reviews for her posing and presentation!
Can't wait to see what we produce together next year! Congratulations, Liana! π
I would like to give a round of applause to my PT client, M. S.! She was once my online client, but 2 beautiful kids happened and she needed more than what the online program could offer. M. S. started personal training with me in January and once she could get friendly with the meal tracker the results started to happen and she was able to control her binges!
Since Jan. 6th, Merrie has lost - 17.4 lbs. in weight, - 4.4% body fat, -11.8 lbs. of body fat, - 7 inches off her body and maintained her muscle! I hope she stays on track for her 2 week vacation!

Every year everyone wants to make better changes in their lives to improve themselves for the future. That improvement should also include your HEALTH!
Over the years the guidelines to reaching a healthy weight and living a healthy lifestyle has not changed much. Going with these FAD and Starvation Diets have proved from year to year that they DON'T WORK because your body can't sustain EXTREME dieting like this for long periods of time. Best way is focus on losing 2 - 5 lbs. of FAT a week eating NUTRIENT DENSE FOOD, keeping consistent with a weight and cardiovascular training program, and drinking lots of WATER.

Official contest pictures of my posing competition client prep Liana! β¨οΈ The main reason why you get a legit posing coach is to bring out your STRENGTHS πͺπ½ and to hide your WEAKNESSES.
I really love how she stands out so much in difference to the other ladies. Shoulders lowered to see the caps and traps. Certain angles to show off the sweep of her quads and glutes. Made her waist smaller WITHOUT using a waist trainer! Just need to work on lowering her arms on her back poses and shredding her glutes and hams more.
Next year we will be working together again, but she wants to move up to Female Physique! Can't wait to work on her bodybuilding poses and her routine for the Summer shows!

3 days out!!! - 17 lbs down since September 3rd. Kept the size of his chest, shoulders and quads, but this time he's coming in with shredded glutes!!!

Bringing some hardware home from Miami! I was representing RGV & Texas with Team USA! 2nd and 3rd Place Wellness 166 cm.
So I am going to brag some more about my client, Dylan B! He started out as a posing client and quickly realized he needed more help to prep for this show. So he also became my nutrition competition prep client on the 26th of June.
Since the 26th of June, Dylan has lost - 5 lbs. in weight, - 4.6% body fat, - 7.6 lbs. of body fat and gained + 3 lbs. of lean muscle mass. His last weight in was on July 11th. The rest of the process was done with his daily picture updates to determine how to manipulate food and water until contest day.
We got 3rd place top 5! I'm so proud ππΌ of this guy! He listened to everything that I said, came in to practice consistently, came in every week for weigh ins, brought all the food and supplements I told him to take and we brought some hardware from a tough line up at the Summer Shred!
He has now advanced to the Summer Shred Championships in October and we will continue to work together to tighten up some loose ends to reach overall winner! π π₯ π

Carb depleted with some water depletion on the left. Mix of high and low glycemic carbs on the right and supplements. No illegal pharmaceutical drugs was used in this whole process.
He got 1st call outs for top 5 and top 3 in his category. I'm thinking a solid 3rd place from the line up he is going up against. This is his first time competing!
