What are Hip CARs? Controlled Articular Rotations (CARs) move your hip joint through its full range of motion.

🧐Why do Hip CARs?

• Boost mobility

How to Perform:

1. Stand on one leg (use support if needed).
2. Move your free leg across your body, then lift your knee.
3. Rotate the hip outward and move the leg away.
