Join as we walk/run to break cycles across Memphis. Last year we had a nice turnout for our very first 5K and Clara's Family Foundation was able to combine the 5K and Blanket drive donations to supply much needed items to the Union Mission, YWCA and Dorothy Day House. This year, our goal is to provide 5 seniors with a $500 scholarship for their college needs. Thank you for your help! # # #

The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) and National Basketball Association are proud to offer financial assistance to fifty-seven (57) outstanding students attending one of the publicly-supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) and Predominantly Black Institutions (PBIs) within the TMCF 47 member-school network. Selected recipients will receive a fall scholarship up to $7,500 for the 2020-2021 academic school year. Selected students must be in good academic standing but at risk of not returning or graduating from college due to an outstanding financial need, and/or emergency situation that leads to a financial aid crisis.

In exactly 1 week, we'll be hitting the pavement to walk to "Break the Cycle" of Poverty, Obesity, Violence, Self Hate, Teen Pregnancy, Bullying, Abuse and everything that we hold on to that we don't have to. We can be the change! Its ok if we want better! We don't have to struggle because people before us struggled.
This Fundraiser is to assist Clara's Family Foundation, nonprofit founded by me, Andrea. We have so much in store for the community but we need help from the community. We need community involvement! Our 1st fundraiser event is a 5K at Shelby Farms on Sept 12th at 9am. Yes, we are social distancing and wearing our mask. You can register at :
