It’s been 11 YEARS 😳
Whew 😅
After my doctor said those 3 words to me (You have cancer) I was unsure of what I life would hold
But oh what a journey it’s been
From losing myself to a rediscovery of me
From hair loss to my hair being longer than it ever has
To creating spaces for women that weren’t available to me
Cheers to 11 years 🥳
Originally I was planning on doing a recap of the year but as I reflected this became more and more clear
God Million Times Thank You
This year has been HARD!!! Carrying burdens that I was never supposed carry. Being the strong one 🙄 I was carrying the weight of the world, while charting unknown territory it was A LOT mentally. Eventually I found my way out
I’m grateful
From the bottom of our hearts ♥️
THANK YOU ☺️ 🥺
We get to do this work because of your unwavering support
However, there’s is still time to donate

I started this nonprofit to help women who have experienced hair loss understand that they are not alone and now there’s so many options out there
Less than year after I started this organization my own mother was diagnosed with Breast Cancer
There were so many emotions that I really didn’t know how to feel or move …. I’ve lived this before but I never wanted it to be her
But I’m beyond Grateful because my mother is a Breast Cancer Survivor 💕
Ohh and yes the unit(wig) was made by Anointed Crown 💁🏾♀️
Today is my B I R T H D A Y
Birthdays are so special to me ❤️
When I had cancer I stopped thinking about what my life would be at this age or that age
But now I “laugh without fear of my future”
This journey hasn’t been an easy one but so grateful God kept me
Our words have power 🔌
What seeds are you planting unintentionally?
Prepare for this week by speaking excellence over it … in every aspect

When I was 18 years old, I was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma stage 4. Losing my hair was just has hard as the chemotherapy! This took an emotional toil on my self-esteem!
Over the last nine years I have built my self-esteem back but I wanted to create a space for women to realize they are not as alone as they think they are! And it is here on this page where that vision can become a reality.
We currently provide turbans and customized units! Please check out our merchandise by visiting our website!

On July 3, 2015, muster up enough courage to get this date tattoo on me as a permanent daily reminder (not like I could every forget) of what I overcome
The position of the tattoo was calculated and above where my port was placed and the scar and the needle marks are still visible even 10 years later
All month long we are collecting donations to create spaces for women to fully live in their truth while being supported by women who knows exactly what it’s like to lose their hair and provide cute units and turbans!

I have a ways to go but it all thanks to you
Because without Anointed Crown those things would have still been buried ♥️
Also we have some exciting news coming in 3 days !!
My mother was one of my caregivers while I was sick and even though at the time I was an unappreciative teenager
I appreciate her sacrifices every day
A few weeks ago my mother had surgery
And the roles were reversed and I became her caregiver for a couple of weeks while she healed
While I feel there is nothing I can really do to repay them I was overjoyed that I had the flexibility to do it at this point in my life ♥️
Also both units pictured were created by Anointed Crown

This effort is what makes your dreams a reality
It separates dreamers from doer
So this week put forth effort 😉
Where did the time ago ?!
I remember so clearly I was NOT rolling across that stage in a wheelchair and I meant it
Cancer had stolen so much from me and I refused to let him take that 😌

I think we should add to it! Favor ain’t fair but it’s available to everyone so technically it is fair
And it has the ability to open doors that no man can close

It could also be chemicals, boiling water, steam, cooking oil and even electricity
It generally leads to permanent baldness and typically falls under the umbrella terms of cicatricial alopecia
