Our Mission is to provide lifelong tools that will help build young men age 13-17 intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual, and physical growth on an individual level through quality guidance and hands-on experiences.

Javion finished his 60-minute physical training with Fitness Instructor Ernesto Clark at Transforming Bodies and Minds.
The Transforming Bodies and Minds Youth Program encourages young men to engage in at least 60 minutes a day of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity. Teens need to be moving, which benefits their cardiovascular health, burns calories, raises metabolism, and improves strength and mobility. Plus, physically active teens tend to have more quality sleep, which is essential during the teenage years.
