Our Story

We invite you to become part of this powerful group of women to have a positive impact on those in need in the Memphis community.

100 Women Who Care Memphis is for you if:
~ You don’t have time in your busy life to volunteer but you still want to give back
~ You can commit to one hour and $100 three times a year
~ You want 100% of your tax deductible donation to go directly to a local charity

This is how it can work in our community:

~ We encourage 100 or more women to commit to our group. Commitment involves attending three one-hour, one meetings a year, pledging $100 per meeting ($300 per year).
~ At each meeting, an opportunity is provided for three members of the group to present a five (5) minute explanation of a local organization or agency in need.
~ A vote is taken.
~ The winner is announced. Each of the 100 women writes a check to the winning agency.
~ The meeting ends. The agency or organization walks away with at least $10,000!
