Restoration Day is going up in just TWO hours on the Orange Mound Tower grounds and we have just FIVE tickets left.
Programming Director, Shorin Nichols, plans for the community to give themselves the permission to let go of external responsibilities and enjoy a day of restorative self care:
âWhat I hope to see on Restoration Day is community coming together in the name of restoring self. As someone who is always on the go and doing things for others, I never really get to be still. I recognize that in those around me as well. I hope that the restoration will show folks that itâs okay to slow down and take care of yourself. I hope that folks leave with a sense of community, knowing that theyâre not in this alone. Knowing that there are so many people willing to pick them up when they need it. Thatâs why this is important. Very happy that TONE is opening the door and helping push the much needed conversation on mental health and wellness.â
Hit the link in our bio and grab yours quick, mane.

We got FREE produce handpicked by Black hands. We got to listen to music DJâd by Black hands. We followed the yellow brick road mane and it led us straight to the pie, made by Black hands.
