The results are in and you all crushed this challenge! We are so damn proud of you all! This challenge was like no other as we kept weekly scores calculating points from daily outdoor activities, reading, no alcohol and so much more! MEMBER OF THE MONTH!! Meet Masen!
Masen’s guilty pleasure is food and drink in general, but more specifically he LOVES Crumble cookies. His favorite activity to do in his day to day is working out at F45. Masen’s favorite class is Romans, and he says his favorite part about F45 is the amazing coaches. When asked why he does F45 he said “to look hot for his wedding” that is coming up soon! He also said he loves that he doesn’t need to plan or overthink his workouts, he can just come in and it’s all structured perfectly for him. We love having Masen in our classes, because he’s sure to greet you with a smile, and work hard every time. Next time you see Masen make sure to give him a big high five!

🌻It’s the first day of spring!🌷But even with the warmer temps, you’ll still have to ask us to turn the fans on. We’re still freezing. We’re always freezing. . . . .

🔥Coach Cambrie has been a member of F45 Meridian South since day 1 and has been coaching for years! She'll kick your butt with a smile on her face! Not to mention, she's a mom of FIVE!
🔥Coach Kelly was a member first as well and has been coaching you to success for the last 4 years! Not to mention, she is a mom of FOUR!
🔥Coach Teddi is a fitness enthusiast and an incredible coach! She'll help you with form while dancing and playing the awesome tunes! Not to mention, she is a mom of TWO!
🔥Coach Ashten came to us from the Air Force (Space Force, to be exact!) She is an incredible coach and is responsible for all the behind the scenes work that makes us so great! Not to mention, she is mom to one special fur baby!

🔥Coach Allison (not pictured) was a member first as well and has been coaching for the last year and a half while also shaping the minds of middle schoolers as a teacher! We are so happy to have her! She is a proud mom of one furbaby!
🔥Coach Chea (not pictured) has been with us since day 1 - you can call her the F45 OG! Find her coaching on the weekends and at the 5 am classes! Not to mention, she is the mom of TWO!
🔥Coach Amy (not pictured) is a recent addition to our coaching staff but she's no stranger to F45! She's been around helping in the background and has been a member for years! Not to mention she's a mom of TWO!!!
