***2nd UPDATE*** 11/16/23 6:00 p.m. - Midland ISD have identified and located the individual in the photo of the threat that was made against Midland High School. All leads are being followed and any individual involved will be punished according to the Student Code of Conduct and in accordance with the law. Based on the investigation, MISD Police believe there is no threat to the campus, however the investigation is ongoing. (Per MISD Communications Office)

On October 7th, 2023, a male and female subject entered Target at 4001 N Midland Dr. The subjects placed items inside their cart. At the end of their shopping spree, the female subject went outside to retrieve their White Nissan Murano, while the male subject exited the business without paying for the items. The value of the items was approximately $500 dollars.

On October 24, 2023, the suspect in the red cap distracted the cashier while the other two suspects exited the store with approximately $1,400 worth of stolen merchandise. The suspects were last seen leaving the parking lot in a possible maroon colored 4-dr vehicle.
