Last but certainly not least, congratulations to the Lola Rowe North MCP 8th graders! A word from Principal Burks:
“The class of 2028 truly established their legacy at the MCP: Lola Rowe North Campus. Throughout your time here, you’ve shown resilience, determination, and a willingness to grow and learn. You’ve faced challenges head-on, supported one another, and created a community that was strong and vibrant. These qualities will serve you well as you move on to high school and beyond. Congratulations on reaching this special milestone! I’m incredibly proud of each one of you. Your hard work, kindness, and spirit have made our school a better place. Remember to believe in yourselves, stay curious, and always be kind. You have amazing futures ahead, and I can’t wait to see what you’ll achieve. I love you!!”

Congratulations to our Lloyd graduates! Here’s a message from Principal Pitchford:
To the Class of 2028, you have now ended one journey as scholars of Milwaukee College Prep. Throughout your time here, you’ve shown resilience, determination, and a hunger for knowledge that has truly set you apart. You’ve overcome challenges inside and outside of school, celebrated victories, and grown in ways you may not have thought possible. As you stand on the threshold of high school, remember the lessons you’ve learned, the friendships you’ve forged, and the dreams you hold dear. As you move forward, always remember the core values that have guided you thus far at Lloyd Street: trust, respect, empathy, courage, and kindness. Be the change you wish to see in the world, and never forget that we walk on the shoulders of the giants who have come before us. To the class of 2028, congratulations on this momentous achievement, and may your journey ahead be filled with endless possibilities and profound growth. I love you. Take care. You matter.
~ Dr. Pitchford, Principal
The celebration continues! Congratulations to our 36th street’s newest high schoolers! Here’s a word from Principal Haynes:
“To the class of 2028, this group closes another chapter at Milwaukee College Prep. Many of the scholars have been on this journey for 10 years, since K4. More have joined the road along the way and created lasting bonds. To my last class as a teacher, it is an honor to congratulate you all on this accomplishment.
May you never forget the lessons learned at MCP. You are welcome home anytime. I love you all and you can’t do anything about it.”
~ Mrs. Haynes
