🎺🥁🎷 Jr. Vikings Band Exploration & Registration Nights - September 3 & 5 ⤵

Wisconsin Lutheran High School Jr. Vikings Band Program will host instrument exploration and registration nights for new students in grades 5-8 on:
1️⃣ Tuesday, September 3, from 6:00-8:00 p.m., and
2️⃣ Thursday, September 5, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

Walk-ins are also welcome.

Students can meet band directors and try out all the instruments to find one that they want to play at WLHS and start their lifelong journey of making music and praising God on an instrument. 🎵 This is also a great way for students to make new friends and meet future WLHS classmates!

We are planning a fun event for our home game next Thursday Sept 5.🏈🐺

Please join us next Thursday September 5 at 5:00pm for our Kingdom Prep Lutheran Football Middle School Night!🏈🐺📆

Here are all the Details:

Transportation: 🚌
Middle school students are encouraged to take the party bus for the experience but they are also welcome to meet us directly at the game if that's more convenient for them.
Tailgate:🍔🌭🥤
The tailgate will include food, drinks, and a fun atmosphere. It’s a great chance to connect, have fun, and enjoy the pre-game moments.
Flyer Requirements: 🏈📃
No worries if they don’t bring the flyer! Students can just mention the event when they arrive, and we’ll make sure they’re included. If they arrive on time for the party bus, they'll be able to walk right in at arrival

Each year the senior class nominates their peers and then vote on a classmate to give a “Farewell from the Senior Class” address at graduation. This year, Nala Johnson, DSHA ’24, was chosen for best representing the qualities of the class as whole and addressed the graduation attendees on May 24.

In her heartfelt remarks, Johnson, a former graduate of Garden Homes Lutheran School, shared what it meant to be a woman of faith, a self-advocate, a critical thinker, and especially a leader.

Johnson encouraged her classmates to embrace the next chapter of their lives, saying, “Keep learning, keep dreaming, keep growing, and don't give up on your dream because someone can't see what you see.”

Keep dreaming, Dashers! Congrats to the class of 2024! ❤️💛
